イラスト作成価格について：

制作ご依頼の際には、ピクシブにありますイラストのイメージ
（https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=1264529）
或いは、Art Jam頒布の作品名をお伝えいただけるとスムーズです。

・モノクロイラストの場合

作成サイズA4の場合、一回一度きり、印刷によるご利用の場合、一枚に付きライセンス料（利用料）
２００００円～にて承ります。
以降サイズにより倍算にて計算とします。

・フルカラーイラストの場合

背景無しキャラクターのみで作成サイズA4の場合、一回一度きり、印刷によるご利用の場合、
ライセンス料（利用料）４００００円～にて承ります。
以降サイズにより倍算にて計算とします。

背景込み作成サイズA4の場合、一回一度きり、印刷によるご利用の場合、ライセンス料（利用料）
１０００００円～にて承ります。
以降サイズにより倍算にて計算とします。

パターンイラスト作成工程については一バリエーションの追加につき
５０００円～２００００円程度の工賃を頂きます。

知的財産権譲渡及び著作者人格権不行使の契約につきましては下請法に抵触する場合もございますので、
コンプライアンスとしてお断りしております。

・マンガ作品の執筆を依頼される場合

作成サイズB5サイズ、一回一度きり、印刷によるご利用の場合、ライセンス料（利用料）

永続的にご利用される場合にはロイヤリティー契約をご打診ください。

 

作品の無断掲載やフリーダウンロード行為について

※※21年1月1日に施行された法律に基づき、違法アップロード作品のダウンロード行為も違法です※※

 

インターネット上での無償頒布、掲示をArt Jamの許諾なく行った場合、掲載の日数一日単位
ごとに、それぞれ上記の５倍の公衆送信利用料をご請求申し上げます。

・Art Jamの著作物は著作権法の保護を受けています。

無断使用、無断掲載等の行為は発見次第警察に通報しています。
著作権法119条に基づく刑事罰（十年以下の懲役若しくは一千万円以下の罰金）の処罰対象です。

又、本ページ奥あとがき、奥付、著作権表記を欠落させる行為は著作権法第２０条を
侵害する重大な不法行為として別途損害賠償請求等の義務を負いますのでご注意ください。

Art Jamとの契約や許諾がない状態で無断掲載（著作権法第23条に規定する公衆送信権
（送信可能化権を含む。）に対する侵害）を行った場合には先に記載の金銭及び慰謝料をお支払い頂く事に
合意したものとみなし、別途民事訴訟にて請求をします。

民事訴訟における管轄裁判所は千葉地方裁判所とします。
